Walking Like cycling, this area is ideal - flat, quiet and beautiful, it really is the perfect place to walk.	Chateau So many of France's most famous chateau are within the close proximity.	Local Towns There is much to do, how about visting the unique Fosse Dionne in nearby Tonnerre.
Canoeing Hire local canoes and sail down the nearby rivers. This great spot is just a few minutes from Vezelay.	The Source of the Seine Why not enjoy a day in beautiful Dijon and on the way back visit the source of the Seine. If nothing else it's nice to say you've been there!	Cycling This area is perfect for cycling, it's flat and the open roads are safe and quiet. There are some bikes at the house so there really is no excuse not to get out there!
Fishing The area is criss-crossed by waterways and there are a couple of fishing poles for your use. We can't promise you'll catch anything but we can promise beautiful scenery and a relaxing time.	Amusement Park Nigloland is France's third largest amusement park and just an hour's drive to the north. It really is a great family day out. Check out the website	Football AJ Auxerre play in French Ligue 2 and their matches are a great opportunity to experience football in Europe, and if you're fed up with ticket prices in England how about prices starting at about 10 euros! Games normally KO on a Friday evening at 8pm
Eat Restaurants galore - including, close by, Chinese, Italian and even French cuisine!	Vide Greniers Flea markets! The French love them and there is always one close by. Look for signs locally or check the internet.	Local Markets French markets are always a treat, some are quiet and rustic, others large and busy but all have their own individual charm. Canals The Burgundy Canal is very close by and ideal for relaxing by, walking or cycling along or fishing in!	Relax So many places to eat, drink or simply chill.	Do Nothing! Relax and do nothing (recommended for adults).
